PLANT OPERATIONS: • Items IX., Solid Waste, and XU., Closed Session, were taken out of order to accommodate interested persons in the audience Adopted Standard for use by all District personnel as recommended 1. Authorize the General Manager-Chief Approved as recommended Engineer to execute a contract with Realogic for Phase II of the Plant Control .System Software Upgrade, Pro- ject No. 10020 VIII.
