A "., Recycled Paper Central Contra Costa Sanitary District October 5, 2007 TO: FROM: BOARD BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RANDALL MUSGRAVES ~'^ DEBBIE RATCLIFF ~/L SUBJECT: September 27, 2007 Finance Committee Meeting There was one outstanding question from the last Board Budget and Finance Committee meeting which required additional staff research. The question and answer is provided below: 1. 167581 - Ironman Parts and Service - What type of filter was serviced? This was onsite service to perform pulse cleaning of eight diesel particulate filters that were installed on various District vehicles. Inspection and cleaning of the substrate and exhaust system was performed. The substrate is the filtering portion of the diesel particulate filters. The total cost was $3,600.
