a. Reviewed outstanding question regarding expenses associated with the
David Deutscher Company contract and the Annex roofing project.

There were no new claims.
5. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
a. Receipt of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
COMMITTEE ACTION: Noted receipt of award.
