CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chair McGill called the meeting to order at 3 p.m. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. 3. OLD BUSINESS a. Reviewed outstanding question regarding forklift training. 4. CLAIMS MANAGEMENT a. Notified the Committee that District Counsel time is being spent on the Dias Dorados land subsidence claim due to Homeowner's legal counsel activity. b. Reviewed the status of 163 EI Toyonal driveway repair and access easement claim. Reserve adjusted to $26,000 for driveway replacement. A \., Recycled Paper 5. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS a. Reviewed Position Paper regarding adoption of all District budgets (Item 3.n. on Board agenda). b. Reviewed emergency withdrawal from Deferred Compensation Plan (Item 3.0. on Board Agenda). c. Discussed hearing on Capacity Use Charges and FY 2007-2008 assessments for Contractual Assessment Districts (Item 4.a. on Board Agenda). Staff was asked to look at providing information on Capacity Use Charges to the customer regarding the ability to pay over time through the property tax rolls. 6. REVIEW EXPENDITURES Expenditures were reviewed. There were no outstanding questions on any payments listed. 7. ADJOURNMENT - at 4:00.
