CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chair McGill called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. 3. OLD BUSINESS The outstanding question regarding the California Climate Action Registry was reviewed and accepted. 4. CLAIMS MANAGEMENT There were no new claims to report. 5. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS a. Review April 2007 Financial Statements (Item 9.a. on Board Agenda) Highlights of the April Financial Statements were reviewed. ft "., Recycled Paper b. Review Position Paper regarding conducting a public hearing on the 0 & M Budget, Self Insurance Budget and Debt Service Fund Budget and setting the Sewer Service Charge for FY 2007-2008 and FY 2008-2009. (Item 4.a. on Board Agenda) The Position Paper regarding the public hearings was reviewed. c. Review of Self-Insured Retention. (Item 8.a. on Board Agenda) The Position Paper and Memorandum to the Board regarding Self. Insurance Retention was discussed. The District's current insurance levels were reviewed. The Committee recommends bringing this item to the full Board for discussion and decision. 6. REVIEW EXPENDITURES There was one outstanding question regarding Toyota Material Handling and forklift training. 7. ADJOURNMENT - at 4:00 p.m.
