CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chair McGill called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. 3. OLD BUSINESS The outstanding question from the last Finance Committee meeting was reviewed. No further information was requested. 4. CLAIMS MANAGEMENT There were no new claims to report. 5. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS a. Review O&M Budget Position Paper (Item B.a. on Board agenda) The proposed O&M Budget was reviewed. The Committee asked a number of questions and recommends bringing the proposed budget to the full Board. A "., Recycled Paper Budget and Finance Committee May 21,2007 Page 2 b. Note Position Paper regarding conducting a public hearing on the Capital Improvement Budget (Item 4.b. on Board agenda) This CIS position paper was duly noted. 6. REVIEW EXPENDITURES The expenditures were reviewed. The Committee requested a report on the participation fee paid to California Climate Action. 7. ADJOURNMENT - at 3:43 p.m.
