1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chair McGill called the meeting to order at 3 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
3. OLD BUSINESS
a. Interviews with external auditors:

Cropper Accountancy Corporation
Odenberg, Ullakko, Muranishi and Company
COMMITTEE ACTION: The Committee, with the assistance of the Director
of Administration, Controller and Finance Administrator, interviewed two
external auditor candidates. The Committee is recommending that the
Board obtain the services of Cropper Accountancy Corporation. If the
Board accepts the Committee's recommendation, then staff will prepare a
Position Paper for the next Board meeting.
4. CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
There were no new claims to report.

5. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
a. Review of Proposition 218 mailing.
COMMITTEE ACTION: The Committee reviewed the Proposition 218 notice
and had no further comments.
6. REVIEW EXPENDITURES
COMMITTEE ACTION: The Committee reviewed the expenditures and
recommends Board acceptance and approval.
