Resolution No. 99-114 quitclaiming an existing easement to Marilouise Sanford
Lewis in connection with the South Orinda Sewer Improvements Project,
District Project No. 4928
b. Establish November 18, 1999, as the date for a public hearing to consider
revisions to small business charges for Household Hazardous Waste Collection
Facility (HHWCF) Services

4) Announced the District is advertising for bids for DP 7172. the
Laboratory Improvements Project
5) Announced the District will sole source purchase of low Nox
modifications required by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District
for the Auxiliary Boilers in the Solids Conditioning Building
6) Announced that the District advertised a "Notice to Contractors. for the
termination of bid request for the cathodic protection modifications -
Collection System Cathodic Protection. DP 6142
7) Announced the completion of the purchase of the Contra Costa County
Animal Services Facility and adjoining properties.
8) Announced concerning September 25. 1999. Household Hazardous
Waste Temporary Collection Event held in Lafayette and another event
that will be held on November 13. 1999 in San Ramon

6. ENGINEERING:
a. Consider the formation of a Contractual Assessment District (CAD) for
properties on Muir Lane in Alamo for installation of sewer improvements; adopt
resolutions of intention to create Muir Lane CAD No. 99-2, for approval of the
boundary, and requesting consent of Contra Costa County for CCCSD to
conduct proceedings for the CAD
