Consider the formation of a Contractual Assessment District (CAD) for properties on Muir Lane in Alamo for installation of sewer improvements; adopt resolutions of intention to create Muir Lane CAD No. 99-2, for approval of the boundary, and requesting consent of Contra Costa County for CCCSD to conduct proceedings for the CAD BOARD ACTION: Approved as recommended; adopted Resolution Nos. 99-115. 99-116. and 99-117 b.
