HELD APRIL 18, 1963
The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened
in an Adjourned Regular Session at its regular place of meeting located at
1250 Spl'ingbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, Stete of
California, on April 18, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.

Upon the recor;unendation of Hr. Horstkotte, District Nanager-Engineer,
it was moved by Hember Roemer, seconded by Nember Gibbs, that 111'. Eldo E-¡,rert
be retained to prepare the 1962-63 annual audit for the sur~ of $650.00.

SEWER SERVICE TO TRACT 3075, "VALLEY HIGH"
Letter from Mr. Ben Ferguson, engineer for Tract 3075, requesting annexa-
tion terms for the Tract under Ordinance 35, was read. The letter stated that
3,000 feet of l2-inch sewer extension Fould be required from the end of vvater-
shed 24 South main line.
Hr. Horstkotte, I)istrict Manzger-Engineer, recolTUr¡ended that credit be
allowed for the arillexation fees in the amount of $200.00 per acre and the
connection fees under Ordinance 35.
Mr. Horftkotte recommended that the Watershed 24 South charge be $100.00
per house which funds are to be paid to the Cit~r of Nartinez for the Watershed
24 South Assessment District line.
It was moved by Nember Gibbs, seconded by Hember Roemer, that the annexa-
tion charge for Tract 3075 be $200.00 per acre and that the District agrees
to enter into an agreement, as provided in Ordinance 35, for the allowing of
credits for connection fees and annexation fees because of the 3,000 feet of
12-inch line to be installed, if the line is privately financed, and the
Watershed fee shall be $100.00 per house 1Ñhich is to be collected by the
District and paid into the City of Nartinez vlatershed 21.1 South Assessment
District fund as stipulated in the Agreement between the District and the

Mr. Horstkotte, District Manager-Engineer, recommended that the Occidental
Life Insurance Co. charge of $10.00 to process the Consent to Grant of Easement
relative to Parcel 11 of Trunk Se\,rer D, Sections 2 thru 10, easement from
Mr. and Mrs. HcGee, be paid.

CITY OF PLEASANT HILL CONTROL OF GARBAGE COLLECTION
Mr. C. Terence Ring, attorney for the garbage collectors 1~ithin the
City limits of Pleasant Hill, stated that, as previously discussed, the
garbage collectors had nOH entered into an agreement v.lith the City of
Pleasant Hill for the collection of garbage and wished a release from the
present agreement with the District for that area.

Nr. Horstkotte, District Hanager-Engineer, stated that he ,Jas con-
sidering including the annexation fees for Local Improvement :Cistrict No. 1.12
in the assessments.
AUTHORIZATION FOR GAS BLO\ilERS AT THE TREATMENT PLANT
Upon the recommendation of Hr. Horstkotte, it ~-Jas moved by Hember
Fisher, seconded by Member Gibbs, that $2,000.00 be authorized from Sevier
