MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CE~ITRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD APRIL 1, 195L~
The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in a Regular session at its regular place of meeting located
at 1822 Mt. Diablo Blvd., City of Walnut Creek, County of Contra
Costa, state of California, on April 1, 1954.
The meeting was called to or'der by President Johnson

Mr. King Crosno, Colillsel in the absence of Mr. Nejedly.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Minutes of the meeting of March 18,1954, were approved as
presented.
III.
APPROV ÞL OF BILLS
It was moved by r-1ember Stanley, seconded by Member Roemer, that
the bills as audited by the auditing committee and as submitted by the
Engineer be approved, reference being specifically made to Sewer
Construction.Vouchers Numbers 213-221, inclusive, and Running Expense
Voucbers Numbers 8299-8397, inclusive. CaITied by the following vote:
AYES: Members Stanley, Roemer, Salfingere, Johnson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Member Spiegl

ENGINEER
COAST COUNTIES GAS CONltRACT INCREASE
It was moved by Member Roemer, seconded by Member Salfingere, that
the increase from $20.00 to $30.00 for yearly servicing of the cooling
and heating unit be approved. Carried by the following vote:
AYES: Members Stanley, Roemer, Salfingere, Johnson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Member Spiegl
STATE HIGRWAY RELOCATION
It was moved by Nernber Stanley, seconded by Member Roemer, that
the District Manager be authorized to spend the f~ds necessary for
plans and specifications for the relocation of sewers that may be
required by tr~e County of Contra Costa an.d the State of California.
Carried by the following vote:
AYES: Members Stanley, Roemer, salfingere, Johnson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Member Spiegl

ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT - VALLA CO~œANY
It was moved by Member Salfingere, seconded by Member Roemer, that
the easement from Valla Company be accepted. Carried by the following
vote: .

NOES: None
ABSENT: Member Spiegl
