MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD FEBRUARY 5, 1953
The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in regular session at its regular place of meeting located at
1822 Mount Diablo Boulevard, City of Walnut Creek, County of Contra
Costa, State of California, on February 5, 1953.
The meeting was called to order by President Johnson.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The Minutes of the meeting of January 29, 1953, were approved,as
presented.
CONNECTION TERMS

GORDON J. WILLIAMS
It was moved by Member Roemer, seconded. by Member Stanley, t:r-.a t
the Board accept the Engineer's recommendation and establish connection
fee for the property located on Rudgear Road adjaçent to L.I.D. #9,
1/2 acre opposi te Alice Avenue, in the amount of ~;24 7.00 per building
site. This connection charge to be effective for six months only.
Carried by the following vote:
AYES: Salfin~ere, Hoemer, Stanley and Johnson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Spiegl

Resolution Number 773 be adopted. Carried by the following vote:

It was moved by Member Roemer, seconded by Member Stanley, that
Resolution Kumber 774 be adopted. CarrIed by the following vote:

PETITION OF' RHEEM HIGHLAHDS UNIT NO 1
FOR INSTITUTION OF LOCAL IMPROVE~lliNT
DISTRICT PROCEEDINGS
It was moved by Member Stanley, seconded by Member Roemer,
that the Engineer be instructed to indicate to the petitioners
for the institution of Local Improvement District proceedings that
upon posting a cash bond, the aYllOunt of which shall be determined
by the Engineer, that the ~ngineer be instructed to prepare
preliminqry plans and specifications for subject improvement after
deposit thereof. Carried by the following vote:

Inspeótion Superintendent, was read to the Listrict Board and it
was moved by Member Roemer, secondeà by Member ~tanley, that.the
Board accept the resignation with regrets. Carried by the following
vote:

PAYMEN'l' OF BILLS
It was moved by Member Stanley, seconded by Member Salfingere,
that t~e bills as checked by the ~ngineer and approved by the
auditing committee be paid, reference being specifically made to
Sewer construction Fund Vouchers Numbers 88-91, inclusive, and
Running ~xpense Vouchers Numbers 6888-6981, inclusive. Carried by
the following vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Spiegl
