The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary: District convened in
an Adjourned Replar Ses.ion at its replar place of Meting located at 1250
Sprinlbrook Road, Walnut Creek, Couty of Contra Costa, State of California,
on July 16,1959, at 8.00 o'clock P.M.
The aeeting was called to order by President Fisher.

It was explained that the District Board had previously authorized the
payment of $2,326.15 for daaage to be done to the Silva pzoperty when the sewer
is installed in Parcell' of Line A.
It was Moved by MeMber Salfingere, seconded by MeMber Mitchell, that the
ease.ent and release of responsibility for restoring the Silva property be .

CltINDA CROSSJlOADS PUMPING STATION AGRBBMBNT WIm W. B. WALLACB
Mr. Horstkotte, District Manager-Bßgineer, explained that it was necessary
to encroach on the Wallace Real Estate property during the construction of the
Orinda Crossroads Puaping Station to a greater extent than was anticipated prior
to co...encing the work. Mr. Horstkotte stated that the supple.ental agreeaent
worked out with Mr. Wallace provided for the payaent of $600.00, a soils engineer's
report to be provided to Mr. Wallace relative to the backfilling and co.paction
of his property, and providing for the District to restore any settle.ent of the
property aa a result of the work within a five year period and the District to
install a aaall fence barrier between the Wallace office and the excavation.
Meaber Spiegl expressed his concern with the five year restoration portion
of the agreement.
It was lIoved by Mnber Roemer, seconded by Me.ber Salfingere, that Mr,.
Horstkotte be authorized to enter into an agree.ent with Mr. Wallace of the.
Wallace Real Bstate Co., Orinda, for tke us. of his property, over and above
that previously agreed, and an acldi tiona1 pay.ent to hiM of $600.00 fro. Sewer
Construction Bond Funds be authorized, that a soils enlineerts report be sapplied
to hill relative to the backfill and co.paction of that pbrtion of his property
wbich it was necessary to excavate, and that the District would restore any .
settlellent of the ground caused by the work within a five year period. Carried
