The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an Adjourned Regular Session at its regular place of
meeting located at 1822 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, City of Walnut Creek,
County of Contra Costa, State of' Calif'ornia, on May 9,1955, at
8:00 o'clock P.M.
In the absence of President Roemer, Member Fisher was
unanimously elected President Pro Tern.
The meeting was called to order by President Pro Tern Fisher.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Minutes of the IDeAting of May 5,1955, were approved as
presented.

LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 30, RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 887,
CONTINUED
President Pro Tern Fisher stated ths_t the protest hearing was
closed. The purpose of' the meeting was to review the protests
and make a decision.
He also stated that Mr. Sandkuhle and others had requested
to be heard further and, for a limited time, the Board would hear
anyone who had new facts to present. .
Mr. Sandkuhle introduced Mr. Graff who had a statement to
ID!?_ke to the Bo~rd. Mr. GrAff complimented Presldent Roemer for
the manner in which he conducted the protest meeting.
He steted he was a member of the School Board and their

At 9:00 o'clock P.M., President Pro Tem Fisher called a
recess for the purpose of reviewing the written protests.
At 10:10 o'clock P.M., President Pro Tern Fisher called the
meeting to order and stated that the protests were read and reviewed
during the recess.
After discussion, it was moved by Member Mitchell, seconded
by Member.Sal~i~gere, that the protests be denied as a whole. Carried
by the following vote: .
