An adjourned meeting of the Board of Direotors of the Central
Contra Costa Sanitary Distriot was held on the date and at the
place above written.
Present:
Absent:
Direotors Weill, Johnson, Wadsworth and Toland
Director Tuttle.
President Weill presiding.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and stood approved
as read.
Representatives of the Lumbermans hesearch and ~ngineering Go.
of Albany were present and presented to the Board their
qualifications as engineers for the District.
Mr. c. L. Maoabee and assistants were then called and presented
his qualifications and reviewed the plans his organization had
drawn in the formation of the Distriot.
A letter was read written by Direotor:Luttle to a number of
~anitary ~oards asking them to recommend an engineer now in their
employ for a position as engineer for rights of way and con-
struotion work.
Owing to an error for an appointment for an interview of Mr.
Harry Jenks of Palo Alto it was decided to call Mr. Jenks for
Monday evening 3eptember 23.
After a gtnera1 discussion it was agreed that meetings for
interviews of prospective engineers would close on the next
meeting of the Doard.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the meeting adjourned
until Monday evening, September 2~, 1946 at 8 o'clock p. m. at
the same place.
