An adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Central
Contra costa ~anitary Distriot was held at the place and on the
date above written, at 8 o'olock p. m.
Present:
Direotors Tuttle, îoland, Wadsworth and Weill
President Weill Presiding.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
Mr. ~'rank ~. Davis, Civil Engineer of ~afayette was present and
presented to the Board his qualifications for the position of
Engineer for the District. Through a mix-up of dates Mr. Harry
Jenks of Palo Alto who was to be present did not appear.
~etters were reoeivedfrom the Kaiser vO. and John ~ates asking
for appointments to appear before the Board, and they were
requested to appear Tuesday evening, September 10.
~he Secretary reported an interview with County Auditor Teeter
and Asst. District Attorney Wakefield iaylor in regard to
legality of this ~oard issuing warrants. it is their opinion
that such warrants are legal and the County Auditor is making
up a form for the Board. -
Direotor ~uttle brought to the attention of the Hoard the
office space available on Mt. Diablo Hlvd~, Lafayette. The
matter was discussed, but no action taken at this time.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned until
Tuesday evening, 8 o'clock, September 10, at the same place.
