A called meeting of the ~entral Contra ~osta Sanitary Distriot
met Monday evening at 8 o'clock in the City Hall at Walnut Creek,
on the date above written, ~resident Lawson Weill presiding.

Absent:
Directors foland, Tuttle, Wadsworth and Weill
Director Johnson
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Upon invitation of the Board, Mr. Ernest Wilson, attorney of the
firm of Kirkbride & Wilson was present to advise the !joard rel-
ative to matters coming up in formation of the Board, their
ability to borrow funds, etc., and also the subject of their
fees as attorney for the Board, both in matters as to formation
and legality of any bonds theý might issue. No action was taken.
Mr. Jack Y. Young of J. Y. Young & Co., Engineers of Richmond,
accompanied by rt. E. hamseir and ~ohn v. ~uthin presented their
qualifications. They were followed by Mr. Chas. tl. ~ee, oonsult-
ing engineer of San ~'ranoisoo who outlined his experience and
qualifications.
Upon motion, duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned
to meet Monday evening, 8 o'clock, August 26, at the same place.
