MINUTES OF A SPECIAL l'-lEETING OF THE
DISTRICT BOARD OF CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA
SANITA~Y DISTRICT HELD DECEMBER 23. 1948
The District BoArd of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in special session at its regular place of meeting located
at 1822 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, in the City of Walnut Creek, County of
Contra Costa, State of Celifornia, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The meeting was called to order by President Wadsworth, and the
following roll was called:

Members Johnson, Smitten, Toland, Weill and Wadsworth
ABSENT:
Members - None
READING Or' HINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
President Wadsworth dispensed with the reading of Minutes of the
previous meeting, to be approved as entered.
There was no objection.
APPROVAL OF BILLS PRESENTED BY STOLTE
It was moved by Member Johnson, seconded by Member Smitten that
the Board approve the payment of the bills presented by Stolte, Inc.,
covering work that had be en ordered by the district as follows:
20 foot section of 30" corrugated pipe installed at
the Sewage Treatment Plant 5.22 per foot $104.40
Compressor for one day $11.75, labor for two days
and a half to repair old Lafayette sewer
53.68
as presented in letters dated December 20, 1948.
Carried unanimous¡y.
FINAL APPROVAL OF SECTION IV, MAIN TRUNK
KOLLER CONSTRUCTION CO.
By letter of December 21, 1948, the District Engineer submitted
a certificate of completion and final estimate of Section IV of the
Main Trunk Sewer. The Board directed the Assistant Secretary to
notify Mr. Koller that it will consider the acceptance of the work
after 1-11". Koller has completed repairs to Las Ce.scadas Road.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, it was moved by Member Johnson,
seconðed by Membe.r Toland that the meeting ~Idj :Jurn to December 30, 1948
at the hour of 8:00 p.m.
Carried unanimously.
