The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in special session, called by the President of the Soard
for this date, at its regular place of meetin~ located at 1822
Mt. Diablo Blvd., City of Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa,
St2.te of California, on July 15, 195L!.
The meetinp was called to order by President pro tem Spiegl.

The Minutes of the meeting of July 8, 1954, were approved
subject to amending section IV. OLD BUS,INES~:, EKGI!\:EERIWì SURVEY -
RAMSETER'S REPORT by adding "Member S~lfingere supported and de-
fended the report.'" ,

COUNSEL POR. THE DISTEICT
RESOLUTION NO. 832, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 829
It was moved by Hember Salfingere, seconded by "-1ember Stanley,
that Resolution No. 832 be adopted, amending Resolution No. 829
establishing a 1954-1955 tax rate of .3741 for Runnine; Expense fund'
and a rate of .226~ for capital expenditures. Carried by the
following vote:
AYES: Members Salfingere, Stanley a~d Spiegl
NOES: Members None
ABSENT: flfembers r1ac Phai 1. and Roemer
Resolution No. 832 on file in the office of the Secretary is
hereby referred to and by reference made a part hereof.

It was moved by Member Stanley, seconded ~y Member Salfingere,
that Resolution No. 833 be adopted, calling for an election of two
members of the District Board to be held September 20, 1951.1.
Carried by the following vote:
