MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
DISTRICT BOARD TO CANVASS ELECTION RE1'URNS
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANI1:ARY DISTRICT
HELD SEPTEMBER 18, 1952
The District Board or Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened to canvass election returns ror elction held September 15,
1952, at its regular place of meeting located at 1822 Mount Diablo
Boulevard, City or Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, on September 18,1952, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m.
President Johnson opened the meeting. He stated that four
absentee ballots had been issued and that four had been returned and
that they would now be opened and counted~
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary D~trict,
meeting to canvass the returns of the General District Election held
September 15,1952, does herewith declare the results of said E~ction
to be as follows:

The District Board herewith directs the Secretary to prepare, complet
and file Certificate or Election to Candidates Spieg1, Roemer and
Salfingere who are hereby declared to be the elected candidates to the
office of Director of' the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District for
the term of rour years.
AD JOTJRNMENT
President Johnson adjourned
at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
