MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNÉD MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD SEPTEMBER 10, 1952
The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District con-
vened in adjourned session at its regular place of meeting located at
1822 Mount piablo Boulevard, City of Walnut Creek, County of Contra,
Costa,:State of California, on September 10, 1952, at the hour of 8:00
o'clock p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Toland and the
roll was called:

Members Perry, Wadsworth and Toland
Members Malott and Johnson

HEARING ON ASSESSMENT FOR
LOCAL I~œROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 22
Vice President Toland opened the hearing on Local Improvement
District No. 22 proposed assessment and work. The. persons heard by
the Board or letter received by the Board are as follows: ,David
Harrington, pastor of Santa Maria Church; Charles Manning; B. Pearle
Rowley; W. H. Foster; Delight DeLaveaga; J. M. Dieterich; U. B. Smith;
J. V. Nelson; W. M. Brobeck; Helen L. Gibbs; G. U. Wood; Delia B. Noble;
W. Y. Howell; B. H. Dean and W. N. Boysen.
Vice President Toland, President Pro Tern, stated that the above
protests against the work and assessment would be reviewed by ~he Board.
Vice President Toland continued the hearing on Local Improvement Dist-
rict No. 22 to September 12, 1952, Friday, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 756
Member Wadsworth, seconded by Member Perry, moved the adoption of
Resolution No. 756, carried by the following vote:
AYES: Members Perry, Wadsworth and Toland
NOES: None
ABSENT: Members Malott and Johnson
Resolution No. 756, on file in the office of ~he Secretary, is hereby
referred to and by reference made a part hereof.
ADJOURNMENT
Vice President Toland adjourned the meeting to Friday, September 12,
1952, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
