OPENING OF BIDS FOR $2,900,000 1956 SEWER BONDS, SERIES D:
In the absence of Members of the District ~oard, the meeting was
called to order by the Secretary of the District Board to receive bids
for $~,900,OOO 1956 Sewer Bonds, Series D.
Bids were received as follows:
First Western Bank & Trust Company and Associates
Net Amount of Interest
$2,951,331.00
Net Interest Cost
4.2853%
Bank of America N.T. & S.A. and Associates
Net Amount of Interest
$2,987,126.00
Net Interest Cost
4.3373%
Bids were referred to Stone and Youngberg, financial consultants,
for checking.
ADJOURNMENT
At 11:05 o'clock A.M., the meeting was adjourned by the Secretary
of the District Board to 8:00 o'clock P.M.
