Diablo Boulevard, City of Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of California, on April 26,1956. at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The meeting was called to order by President RoeMr. I. ROIl. Spackman, Architects for the new office building, were requesti., that an alteraate bid be aated. allowing 200 days for coapletioD of tþe new office building. Mr. Richardson, purchaser of the present office sUe was c.tacted and was willing to grant an extension of tiae at $500.00 per lÍonth. It waa moved by Meaber Mitchell, seconded by Meaber Spiecl, that an alter- . Date bid, allowing 200 days for coaatructioa of the Dew office building, be authorized. Carried by the following vote, .
