MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR BOARD MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA
COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT HELD ON JULY 23,1986
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an adjourned regular session at the San Ramon Valley Unified
School District Education Center, 699 Old Orchard Road, Danville, County
of Contra Costa, State of California, at 7:30 p.m. on July 23,1986.
The Secretary of the District noted the attendance of the
following Board Members:

Dalton, McNulty
Members Dalton and McNulty had indicated previously that they
would be unable to attend this meeting and requested that they be
excused.
II.
SAN RAMON VALLEY SEWER IMPROVEMENT EIR FINAL PUBLIC HEARING
Mr. James Kelly, Planning Division Manager, introduced Board
Members, staff and consultants and presented an overview of the San Ramon
Valley Sewer Improvement Project.
Mr. Curt Swanson, Principal Engineer and Project Manager,
reviewed the project rationale and presented the recommended sewer
improvement alternative.
Mr. Gary Oates, Senior Environmental Planner with ESA Planning
and Environmental Services, discussed the sewer improvement project EIR
findings and conclusions.
Mr. Dick Hildebrand served as moderator, accepting comments and
inquiries from persons present. A transcript of this information will be
compiled and incorporated into the final EIR documents.

At 8:55 p.m., the meeting was adjourned.
