MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AUGUST 10, 1971
The District Board of Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened
in a Special Session at its regular place of meeting located at 1250 Spring-
brook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of California, on
August 10, 1971, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
In the absence of President Gibbs, the meeting was called to order by
Member Rustigian.

Member Rustigian was unanimously elected President Pro Tem.
President Pro Tem Rustigian stated that notice of the Special Meeting
had been given.
DISCUSSION OF THE BISHOP RANCH DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Horstkotte, General Manager-Chief Engineer, presented a map and
information pertaining to the development of the Bishop Ranch. He discussed
with Board Members the magnitude of the 1,733 acre project in the San Ramon
Valley, 712 acres of which lie east of Highway 680 and 1021 acres lie west,
and methods of sewering.
Mr. Horstkotte read a notice from the Contra Costa County Planning Com-
mission which indicated the project will be on its agenda August 12, 1971.
ADJOURNMENT
At 8:40 o'clock P.M., President Pro Tem Rustigian adjourned the Special
Meeting.
