MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED BOARD MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD MARCH 9,1981
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an adjourned regular session at its regular place of meeting,
1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, on March 9, 1981.
President Campbell called the meeting to order and requested the
Secretary to call roll.

PRESENT: Members: Carlson, Boneysteele, Dalton, Stanley and Campbell
ABSENT: Members: None
II. ADMINISTRATIVE
CONSIDER MATTERS OF POTENTIAL LITIGATION, LITIGATION AND PERSONNEL
IN CLOSED SESSION

At 7:37 p.m., President Campbell declared a Closed Session.
At 10:07 p.m., President Campbell concluded the Cl~s2d Session and
reconvened the open meeting.

COUNSEL FOR THE DISTRICT
Mr. Carniato reviewed the District's Condemnation Policy and explained
Board options in regard to the John Olafson project
Board discussion followed wherein it was the consensus of the Board
that staff should further investigate the matter.
