MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE
DISTRCT BOARD OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD SEPTEMBER 11, 1980
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an adjourned regular session at its regular place of meeting,
1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, on September 11, 1980 at 7:30 p.m.
President Carlson called the meeting to order and requested the
Secretary to call roll.

PRESENT: Members: Stanley, Dalton and Carlson
ABSENT: Members: Boneysteele and Campbell
Members Boneysteele and Campbell were excused as they had called the
President and indicated that they would be out of town on business.

OLD BUSINESS
1.
EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR REPORT AND REVIEW OF CURRENT AND POTENTIAL
LITIGATION MATTERS BY DISTRICT COUNSEL
At 7:42 p.m., President Carlson declared an executive session for
report and review of current and potential litigation matters.
At 10:07 p.m., President Carlson closed the executive session and
reconvened the meeting.

MATTERS FROM THE FLOOR
1) Mr. Dolan, General Manager-Chief Engineer, requested that the
Board consider the matter of District Counsel compensation.
After discussion, it was moved by Member Stanley, seconded by Member
Dalton, that the District Counsel's compensation be increased by 11.5% and
that he receive all benefits provided for management employees, effective
as of July 1,1980. Motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: Members: Stanley, Dalton, Carlson
NOES: Members: None
ABSENT: Members: Boneysteele and Campbell

At 10:10 p.m., President Carlson adjourned the meeting.
