MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
MARCH 29, 1979
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an Adjourned Regular Session at its regular place of meeting,
1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California on March 29, 1979 at 7:30 P.M.
President Carlson requested the Secretary to call roll.

OLD BUSINESS
1.
REVIEW AND STUDY OF CURRENT LITIGATION MATTERS IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 7:37 P.M., President Carlson declared an executive session to
review and study current litigation matters.
At 9:41 P.M., President Carlson closed the executive session and
reconvened the meeting.

MATTERS FROM THE FLOOR
(1) Member Allan commented on the Board Calendar and stated that
it should show the CAS A Meeting at Newport Beach on May 4-5, 1979.
After discussion by the Board, it was moved by Member Boneysteele,
seconded by Member Allan, that the regular meeting scheduled for May 3,
1979 be changed to May 10, 1979. Motion was unanimously approved.
(2) Member Stanley indicated that he would possibly not be able to
attend the April 5, 1979 District Board meeting.

(3) Member Campbell expressed concern about the effect of National
Wage and Price Guidelines on any increases in our revenue program for
1979-80.

At 9:45 P.M., President Carlson adjourned the meeting.
