OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AUGUST 6, 1977
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an adjourned regular session at the District's Treatment Plant,
5019 IMhoff Road, Martinez, CA, on August 6, 1977 at 10:00 A.M.
President Boneysteele requested the Secretary pro tem to call roll.

At 10:02 A.M., President Boneysteele declared an executive session
for discussion of construction matters under litigation.
At 1:30 P.M., the executive session was moved to the Sheraton Inn,
45 John Glenn Drive, Concord, for luncheon and continuation of discussion
in executive session.
At 4:31 P.M., President Boneysteele closed the executive session.
