MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA
COSTA SANITAAY DISTRICT HELD ON AUGUST 22, 1989
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in a special meeting at its regular place of meeting, 5019
Imhoff Pl ace, Marti nez, County of Contra Costa, State of Cal iforni a, at
5:30 p.m. on August 22,1989.
President Rainey called the meeting to order and requested that the
Secretary call roll.

EXISTING LITIGATION
The closed session was held to discuss existing litigation pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(a). The title of the litigation
di scussed was:

CCCSD v. Western Ti tle Insurance Company, et a 1
Contra Costa Superior Court No. C88-01497
. At 5:31 p.m., President Rainey declared the closed session to
discuss litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a). At
6:40 p.m., President Rainey concluded the closed session and reconvened
the meeting into open session.

ACTIONS RESULTING FROM DISCUSSIONS IN CLOSED SESSION
None

AOO OURNMENT
. There being no further. business to come before the Board, President
Rainey adjourned the meeting at the hour of 6:41 p.m.
