MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED REGULAR BOARD MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
FEBRUARY 15, 1977
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an adjourned regular session at its regular place of meeting,
1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, on February 15, 1977 at 7:30 P.M.

OLD BUSINESS
1.
REVIEW AND FURTHER CONSIDER RESUMES RESULTS OF INTERVIEWS OF CERTAIN
APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF GENERAL MANAGER-CHIEF ENGINEER IN
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 7:40 P.M., President Boneysteele declared an executive session
to review and further consider certain applicants for the position of
General Manager-Chief Engineer.
At 8:30 P.M., President Boneysteele closed the exective session.
The Board requested Mr. Hopkins, Secretary of the District, to
contact Mr. Wayne A. Bruce and request a list of references to which we
may refer for comments concerning his character and background and to
contact references furnished by Mr. Dolan for their comments.
Mr. Hopkins was also instructed to call Mr. Bruce, Mr. Dolan and
Mr. James and invite them to appear for additional personal interviews
on Thursday evening, February 24,1977 allowing 45 minutes for each
candidate.
