MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED REGULAR BOARD MEETING
OF THE DISTRICT BOARD
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
JANUARY 13, 1977
The District Board of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
convened in an adjourned regular session at its regular place of meeting,
1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, on January 13, 1977 at 7:30 P.M.

OLD BUSINESS
1.
REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS FOR GENERAL MANAGER-CHIEF ENGINEER IN
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 7:35 P.M., President Boneysteele declared an executive session to
review resumes of applicants for the position of General Manager-Chief Engineer.
At 9:15 P.M., President Boneysteele closed the executive session.

MATTERS FROM THE FLOOR
Member Mitchell reported that he attended the ABAG meeting at 2:00 P.M.,
this date, and stated that the Central Contra Costa City Mayors indicated
that they wanted to meet with the CCCSD in regard to the air mitigation
resolution.
Mayor Wasson of the City of Lafayette, submitted an alternate
resolution for consideration.
ABAG's purpose is to review the proposal as it relates to the 208 Program.

At 9:22 P.M., President Boneysteele adjourned the Adjourned Regular
Board Meeting.
