Central San's total debt eget service for FY 2018-19 is $3.6 million, a decrease of approximately$0.2 million from the $3.8 million budgeted in FY 2017-18. Page 25—Central San has adopted the reserve policies noted above and may as a result, collect more or less revenues than budget-year expenditures, due to contributions to or draws from the reserves, in compliance with the Reserve Policy. Page 31—While such cost adjustments are customary and will likely occur,the assumption is that increased costs in the first part of the year will be offset by reduced costs after the healthcare plan transition to CalPERS, or by holding the line of spending on labor, including keeping certain positions vacant if necessary. Page 120—The Recycled Water Program is a reflection of Central San's continued efforts to utilize the valuable resources available in treated wastewater and to augment the region's water supply.
