CAPI O is a State association of over 500 government-based communication member agencies including
cities, counties, State, transportation authorities, school districts, police, fire, toll authorities, water, and
wastewater agencies. CAPI O has awarded Central San the 2018 Award of Distinction-Excellence in
Graphic Design, Photography and Visualization for the Beneath the Mask photograph.
